Rules of the Cat Lounge

By following these simple rules, you help us create a safe and pleasant environment for both our feline friends and our human guests. Enjoy your visit, and thank you for supporting our cat community!

  • Reservation Not Required But Highly Recommended: To manage the number of guests and provide the best experience, please make a reservation before visiting. If that’s not possible, you’re still welcome to stop by for some boba tea or coffee and visit the cat lounge if it’s not at cat-pacity.

  • Sanitize Upon Entry: Please use the hand sanitizer provided at the entrance to help keep our cats healthy.

  • Age Restrictions: Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Be Gentle: Treat all cats with kindness and respect. Do not chase, pick up, or hold cats without supervision. Let them come to you.

  • Quiet Environment: Maintain a calm demeanor and keep noise levels low to avoid startling the cats.

  • Food or Drinks purchased at the cafe are welcome inside the cat lounge. Treats can be purchased and shared with the cats. Please do not share your human food or drinks with the cats.

  • Cleanliness: If a cat has an accident or if there's any spill, please inform our staff immediately for proper cleanup.

  • Photography: Photos are encouraged, but please turn off the flash to protect our cats' eyes.

  • Stay Within Public Areas: Guests are asked to not enter the “Employees Only” areas or any space marked as restricted.

  • Health Safety: If you're feeling unwell or have allergies, consider visiting us another time.
